Okay, I didn't want to edit the original deviation ([link]) since it got a DD .

I got a lot of comments on the original pic about how that damn photoshop leaf brush ruined the painting. LOL Yes, it's overused. And yes, I was freakin' lazy for using it. But I still thought it looked okay in the painting. However, I thought I would edit it and invest more time into painting the leaves to make them more painterly looking.

I think it looks a little better.

I'm also working on a summer version of the tree, which will be finished soon. :D

How funny, that when I saw this in my messages, before reading the comment I tought "I've seen my next DD suggestion". XD

It looks better, yes, but somehow I like more the light in the previous. :love:
