Well, I wanted to try something totally new for me...digital art. I've been working on many digital pieces but never actually finished one until now. This was done with GIMP, a mouse that sticks, and a VERY slow computer. Took about 10 hours to finish. I'm not sure where the idea came from but I was inspired by ~rewston's and *Losmios's art. I tried to make the horse look kinda like ice and look like he was shaking ice crystals from his mane. I'd welcome any tips or constructive criticism from people who know anything about digital art. I've been staring at the picture for awhile so I'm probably blind to any mistakes.

I've revised the painting a little (now that I have a tablet
) Fixed the anatomy and his made the horse's face more realistic. I like this version much better than the original even though it didn't change too much on it.
