This is a present for my younger sister who really likes Will from Pirates of the Caribbean. I don't know how long it took but I've been working on it all week.
Oh my god! You did that with a mouse.... you are absolutely incredible, and so is this painting!
The skin tone is perfect, as are his eyes, and I'm really impressed by the way you've managed to make the hair look realistic and windblown without the control and pressure-sensitivity and that tablet users have.
Wow, I'm usually not inspired to comment on people portraits as much as those of animals, but this is simply amazing!!!

That is absolutely incredible! It's a perfectly accurate likeness, I can't find any piece that doesn't look just like him (and believe me, I've spent a lot of time looking at him ). I like the pose you used, too, a moment of suspended motion, and I'm completely in love with the hair--it looks fluid and wispy, like it's actually moving in the wind. The eyes are really good, too, they look like they have some depth to them. This is amazing, serious kudos.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
The Cutting Edge is a weekly article that features brand new selected high quality art products that caught our eyes. Check out the cutting edge prints some of your fellow artists have submitted in the past week!
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. With a mouse ?
You surely don't come from earth, such beautiful art is not possible from an ordinary human and a mouse
Seriously, it's an incredible drawing, and keep up the good work !
